TENDER COCONUT DESSERT

Ingredients used in TENDER COCONUT DESSERT
• Water - 1 cup.
• Sugar - as required.
• Condensed milk - half tin can.
• China grass (agar) - 1 packet small.
• Milk - half litres.
• Tender coconut(malai) - 1 no.
• Dry fruits(almonds cashew pistachios) - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Cut the malai into small pieces and keep aside. blend the milk, condensed milk and sugar.
  • Add agar to the water and keep it for 15 minutes after 15 minutes heat it on a medium flame and stir it till all the agar dissolves in water.
  • Now add this agar solution to the blended mixture.drop the malai pieces into the mixture.

Garnish with almond cashew and pistachios.refrigerate and serve chilled.
