This is a great finger food and an extremely easy appetizer. Your guests will love it.

Preparation Time: 5mins Servings: 4 persons Main Ingredient: Pineapple

Ingredients

1" Cheese cubes	number	10
Cherries	number	10
Diced Pineapple	cup	1
Tooth pick	number	10
How to make Pineapple Cheese Sticks

1. Cut the pineapple into 1" thick triangles. 2. The readily available cheese cubes are quite big, you can further slice them into 3 pieces. 3. Take a tooth pick, put a slice of cheese, one pineapple another cheese slice and finally a cherry. You can also serve this with a honey dip. For the honey dip: take a 3 tbsp honey in a small cup add a pinch a cinnamon and a pinch of crushed mint mix well, refrigerate and serve.
Recipe Tips	Serving Ideas
If you are using canned pineapple, drain the syrup and rinse in water and dry well before use. Use thin slices of any mild cheese. You should be able to taste the pineapple.	If you are making this for a party, you can wrap the tip of the tooth pick with foil and arrange all the toothpicks on top of crushed ice.
