Recipe Description of Paneer Tikka Masala

Paneer Tikka Masala
Ingredients   Directions of Paneer Tikka Masala
1 tsp all purpose flour
50 grams capsicum
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp Coriander powder
as needed 0 cream fresh
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup curd thick
pinch 0 garamasala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
pinch 0 kasoori methi
1/2 number lime juice
3 tbsp oil
50 number onion
1 cup onion chopped
1 lbs paneer
1 tbsp red chilli powder
as per taste 0 salt
50 number tomato
1 cup tomato pure
pinch 0 turmeric powder
 

First cut all the vegetables and paneer in cubes and keep a side.

Take a bowl add thick curd, red chilli powder,salt,kasoori methi powder, lime juice and add oil little mix well and add all the vegetables and paneer mix well.

In a non stick pan add one table spoon of  oil ,add marinated paneer and vegetables, cook  both the sides, once it is done keep a side.

Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds,onion chopped, salt pinch, turmeric,ginger garlic paste, all purpose flour, mix cook for 3min,now add tomato pure, coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder, mix well, and let it cook till u can see oil.

once it is done add water as need,bring it to boil, then add cooked paneer and vegetables, garamasala powder, cream as needed and cook for 3min and finish it of with coriander leaves.

Comments: Hi Sanjay. I am so glad to see you back. This dish looks so good! I have a question. How long do we marinate the paneer? Thanks. Good Work!!! Also can someone explain the Rating to me? What does a 1 mean? Super? or Worst? Is 5 the super? Which way are we going ascending or descending order? I always end up giving a 3 because I do not know the Rating- meaning.
