Ingredients used in Mutton Fry
• Water - as required.
• Oil - as required.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Boneless mutton - 1/2 kg.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
Wash boneless meat and add all the above ingredients in a pressure cooker close the lid and cook it for about 20 minutes till the meat becomes tender and the water dries up. Cook till oil ozzes out and start mixing it till fully dry and looks like fry mutton , You can garnish it with choppedcoriander leaves and curry leaves. Serve with Tamarind Dal and plain hot rice.
