Recipe Description of Methi Chaman
Methi and spinach cooked in cream and paneer- cottage cheese
Main Ingredient: Methi leaves
 
Methi Chaman
Ingredients   Directions of Methi Chaman
1 tbsp Butter salted
1 bunch coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp cream
pinch 0 cumin seeds
1 number garama masala each
5 number garlic crused
1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger powder
7 number green chillies
5 bunch Methi leaves
1 tbsp Murstard oil
1 number Onions
5 bunch palak
1 cup paneer
as needed 0 salt
1/2 tsp sugar
0 turmuric
 

Wash and Boil Methi and palak and blend it to course paste.

Take a pan add oil, garama masala cumin seeds, chopped onion finely cook till onions are golden brown colour then add , garlic crushed ,turmuric, butter, ginger garlic pasted, green chillies, saute it.

Now add salt, the paste of methi and palak , sugar, mix well then add coroander powder, ginger powder cook till oil oozes out ,cook in a very slow flame.

After methi has cooked now add water as needed, cream mix well then add paneer sliced cook for 3-4 min then add coriander leaves serve with roti.pulka
