Ingredients used in Laapasi
• Cardamom powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Raisins - 8-10 piece.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Cracked wheat - 1 cup.
• Unsalted butter / ghee - 5 teaspoons.
• Sliced almonds - 2 tablespoons.
• Water - 1 cup.
Method:

1. First put butter in the pan then add raisins and cracked wheat. 2. As soon as cracked wheat start to change colour and raisins start to become bigger, add water into it.. 3. Cook this mixture same as u cook rice.. (U can use cooker). 4. After that add sugar into it. Let it cook open at slow flame until the moisture from sugar evaporates. 5. Now laapasi is ready.. Garnish it with cardamom pdr and sliced almons.
