Ingredients   Directions of How to Fillet a Fish
1 number single bone fish
 

cut the fish down the back bone with a sharp kife

mark your fillet and cut to look like a fillet

insert the knife and will hit the  bone  and with slanted angle and feeling the bone cut the fillet as shown

remove the skin as shown for a perfect fillet

Comments: Hi, Would like to share a small point of view and a suggestion to show a good recipe without making your versions of sounds and also would prefer to see higene when you show a recipe, for example in your fish and chips recipe you have the beer and add the same one to the batter making as well. please dont do that. it doesn't seem good to watch. also please serve the dish in a different plate once your done, leaves a bad impression when you start stuffing thigs in your mouth
