  Main Ingredient: Shrimp
 
Hariyali Jinga
Ingredients   Directions of Hariyali Jinga
1 tbsp coriader powder
3 bunch coriander leaves
as needed 0 curry leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4 number Green Chillies
1/2 bunch Mint Leaves
1 tbsp oil
1 cup onion
as needed 0 pepper powder
as needed 0 salt
500 grams shrimp
pinch 0 turmeric powder
 

Take a pan add oil, onions chopped,salt mix well cook till brown in colour.

Blend coriander leaves,mint,green chillies,salt and keep a side.

once onions are brown add turmuric,gingercarlic paste mix well, then add coriader powder, add coriander paste cook for 5mins,add curry leaves,mix well, once the mixture is dry add shrimp,mix well and then add pepper and close it with a lid.

cook for 5 to 10min and finely add coriander leaves.

Comments: I am a fan of you and your receipe...being a veggie can i substitue Paneer/button mushrooms instead of shrimps?
