To 1 kilo of fresh Maral fish pieces cleaned and thinly sliced. Wash or clean the fish pieces with tissue to remove its dampness or water. Add Ginger Garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, haldi marinate the fish pieces nicely with your hand and keep in the fridge for about 3 or 4 hours. Take a big frying pan dry it nicely with a tissue paper. Then put zeera and oil when it starts warming arrange all the marinated fish pieces nicely and cove the pan. Let it cook till the fish pieces become light golden brown (apprx 10/15 mins) then turn them the other side and coo the same way we did before. Dum ki Machi is very tasty and it also doesnt take much oil to cook.
