How to make Cabbage And Spinach Pakora
 
Mix all of the above ingredients in a pan and add say TSP of Hot Oil to the mixture. Make a soft dough . Do not add water. Just sprinkle a few drops if needed. Adding water would make the dish oily when fried in Oil. Heat Oil in a skillet . Take small portions of the mix and deep fry them in oil. Drain any excess oil and serve hot woth Chutney or sauce. Best when eaten hot.
Recipe Tips Serving Ideas
Adding nuts like cashews add more flavour to it. Can be served with Coconut Chutney, Chilli Sauce. If it gets cold , Just pre heat the oven and switch it off. Put it in for sometime. It will remain warm for say 2 hours.
