Recipe Description of Boondi
boondi made with besan atta.
Servings: 2 persons
  Main Ingredient: Flour
 
Boondi
Ingredients   Directions of Boondi
1/2 cup peanuts
1 to taste red chilli powder
1 cup 1cup besan flour
2 springs curryleaves,
1 0 oil for deep frying.
1 to taste salt to taste,
1 0 water
 

Mix the besan Add little water to achieve the dropping consistency.

Pour drops of this mixture into hot oil with a slotted spoon.

Deep fry till the drops become golden brown.

Drain to remove excess oil After removing boondi from oil

Fry peanuts,curry leaves

Add peanuts and curry leaves,sprinkle red chilli powderand salt as per your taste after adding these mix this to boondimix well.

Comments: the recipe is good. but if you add a little bit of riceflour to the batter then it will be more crisp
