How to make Achaari Paneer
 
Cut paneer into rectangular pieces. Collect all seeds-saunf[aniseeds], sarson[mustard seeds], methi dana[feugreek seeds], kalonji[onion seeds] and jeera [cumin seeds] together. Crush garlic and ginger roughly on a chakla-belan and keep aside. Heat oil. Add the collected seeds together to the hot oil. Let them crackle for 1 minute. Add onions and chopped green chillies. Cook till onions turn golden brown. Add haldi and crushed garlic-ginger paste. Cook for 1/2 minute. Beat curd with a spoon till smooth. Add gradually and keep stirring. Add amchoor[dried mango pd.] And 1/2 tsp salt. Cook till the curd dries up a little.

Comments: Hi sanjay namaste,sala malekhum,sasrical ur site is best enough for cookeners(cooking beginers) bhai. n above all this i want to tell u one thing abt this recipe "check once ,is this recipe completed? achaari paneer ani peru pettav mari paneer tho em cheyyalo cheppaledenti annaa n one more thing pl convert all recipes in ur site into video recipes.maku pure vegetarinlo inka emaina recipes (video)chupinchandi sanjay. thank u n sorry u if i hurt u bhayya
